Merry Christmas Eve Eve Eve!!!
Here is a little poem i made up randomly on the spot
Enjoy!

Twas the day before Christmas, and all through the town
the shoppers were scurrying 'round and around

Filling their carts with candy and toys
as last minute presents for their girls and their boys

The children were wishing for candies and mints
and shaking the presents, hoping for hints.

Each package was looked at with a greedy stare
The children all hoped that MORE would soon be there

But as the kids were busy wishing for more
Presents were being wrapped behind closed doors

The parents bought food for their kids by the oodles
and let them eat junk like chips and ramen noodles.

At 6 that night, the house was abuzz
The kids were all hyper, in fact every one was

When they were in bed, they could hardly rest
their limited patience was put to the test

They slept very lightly, they'd be awake in a puff
dreaming of presents, and various stuff.

They awoke at sharply 4 o'clock
And jumped on their parents who slept like a rock.

They dragged them down stairs, they were hardly awake 
and walking quite slowly, for the parents sake

They walked to the room, which contained the tree.
and they said quite profoundly: Yipeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee!!!

they started on stockings, then opened each box
showing each one to parents which still acted like rocks.

Ah, tis the season,
